Our story / AUDR
We went back to wired.
Then made it worth staying.
AUDR began with a simple question: why did convenience start asking so much of us?
Gina Gindorf & Geoffroy Farrugia / Co-founders
01 / A note from the founders
Two frustrations. One answer.
We were tired of technology that needed managing. Dead batteries, unreliable connections and one more thing to remember before leaving the house.
Going back to wired felt immediate. Plug in. Press play. Nothing in between. But everything we found treated wired as an afterthought.
So we built AUDR: premium wired earphones designed with the same intention as the rest of the things you choose to keep.

Our point of view
Technology should disappear
the moment you use it.
02 / What we believe
Built around less.
01
Less to manage
No charging routine. No pairing ritual. No extra layer between you and what you want to hear.
02
More to hear
A direct connection, tuned for natural sound and designed to keep the experience uncomplicated.
03
Made to stay
Considered materials, a replaceable-tip fit and an honest price from the beginning.
03 / Why wired
The old answer was still the right one.
Wired audio never stopped working. It simply stopped receiving the attention it deserved.
We kept the things that made it dependable, instant connection, no battery and direct sound, then reconsidered everything that made it feel dated.
The result is simpler by design, not by compromise.
04 / The beginning
How we got here.
2023
The frustration
Two people, separately tired of dead batteries, dropped connections and technology that demanded attention.
2024
The decision
We returned to wired and started designing the version we could not find: premium, intentional and genuinely easy to live with.
2025
AUDR begins
AUDR One takes shape, our first expression of a simpler relationship with personal technology.
This is only the beginning
